Life Sciences Pennsylvania, the statewide trade association for the commonwealth’s life sciences industry, will host its annual two-day “Life Sciences Future – BioPharm 2021” conference on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 5 – 6. Presented in a hybrid format, day one will feature an outdoor reception at the organization’s headquarters in Wayne. The kickoff will honor the achievements and growth of the cell and gene therapy industry in Pennsylvania and will include information and messaging familiar to users of the Cell & Gene Therapy and Connected Health Tool Kit. The conference continues online on Oct. 6, with keynote speakers and panelists, presentations, networking, funding meetups, and partnering opportunities.

Life Sciences Pennsylvania has designed the event for the full spectrum of the life sciences ecosystem, with content for attendees from biotech, pharma, medical device, diagnostics, digital health, and support services companies, the investment community, and researchers.

Among the program highlights are Company Reverse Pitches where participants will hear from major pharma and biotech organizations about the technologies they are seeking, and how to approach business development teams. Speakers include representatives from CSL Behring, Harmony Biosciences, Janssen, Merck, and Pfizer.
